Developed information web architecture and design for for the Jazz Journalists Association. Project objective was to categorize web content and heavily integrate graphic and video content, in order to increased web engagement.
The Jazz Journalists Association is an international made up of professional writers, photographers, radio and television hosts, producers, editors, and documentarians who cover jazz.
Before & After
Home Page
Converted the home page to a one-page format, including key information from each section of the website, while top-loading video elements and image links relative to artist core brand.
Feature Articles Page
Replaced the menu PDF links with collapsible html menus with easily identifiable sections.
Book Reviews Section
Created section to showcase jazz related book reviews written by Jazz Journalist members.
Announcements
Created a section for announcements for and about Jazz Journalists Association members.
About Page
Restructured the About to showcase key information and tools, which highlighting top content from the website.
Membership Page
Redesigned the Membership page to integrate more visualize elements, and highlight call to action buttons.
